Our technical staff has mainly been working within the field of turbulent flow and combustion in professor Magnussen’s group at SINTEF for 3-20 years before joining ComputIT. 60 % of the technical staff has a PhD degree, the rest MSc degrees, in Mechanical Engineering. The PhD theses are on various topics in numerical modeling of fluid dynamics, turbulent combustion, soot formation and oxidation, and also on user interface design for CFD codes.
